The Best Way to Stay Positive is to Distract Yourself

My friend and I were making fun of each other this morning, “Did you shower? Did you blow dry your hair?” Then we started venting about staying in the house for so long. We both paused and laughed because we sounded like the main characters in the movie, Grumpy Old Men.  After our venting, she went back to cooking, and I sat down and revised my writing. 

How are you keeping yourself focused? The best way to stay positive is to distract yourself with your goals, hobbies, ideas, creativity, or entrepreneurship. Can you build or create something? Are you reading a good book or learning a new skill?
